The Seated Bicep / Tricep Curl Machine designed for an arm specific workout. A dual function piece of equipment, it's purpose is to train the musculus biceps and triceps brachii, through adduction and pushing. As one of the fundamental strength training pieces of equipment in gyms today it offers users a dual form of training for precise upper body workouts/upper body strength.

This machine features a pop-pin adjustment system making it simple to convert the machine from one setting to another, along with fully adjustable seat with back pad for additional support, and a handle length that's adjustable to maximise for the stretch you want. Doubling up as two machines in one it not only adds variety to training but gives users the ability to complete supersets without having to change machines.
